About

I'm from a small town in Montana. I grew up in the boonies with a lot of space (farming area) all around our house. My parents loved us and taught us the value and power of hard work, helping others, and having fun. We went camping, fishing, and hiking, and enjoyed all the outdoor activities. We had a big garden. We enjoyed playing Many card and board games, and Still do!! We went to concerts, musicals, many sporting events and games, etc. I played volleyball in grade school, HS and college Intramurals. I was in the concert and pep bands in grade school and HS and played the alto saxophone, as do many others in my family.

I went to school for Psychology for 4 years at Ricks and BYU and then I graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 1993 and have loved helping people feel better since then.

My dad, siblings, and I had headaches/migraines and back and neck pain. I think I was 7 when I started helping to reduce my Dad's headaches and neck and back pain... then later my sister and brother, then cousins, Aunts, family friends, and then even strangers at Ricks and BYU who heard about me from others that I'd helped feel better.... I helped relieve headaches and neck and back pain and students would just knock on my door.... I would work on 1 to 3 people a night here and there for 1 hour to 2 hours or so Each..... Many said, "You should Do This for a living!!" Eventually, after 4 years of school, I Did!!! I graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in Jan 1993. In July 2023, I'll be a Licensed Massage Therapist for 30 Years... and I Still Love Massage Therapy and I love making a Difference in People's lives!!!!

I appreciate and use the knowledge I gained while studying Psychology...All of the great classes.... Anatomy and Physiology, Brain Psychology, Genetics, and the many Psychology classes.

In addition to my massage therapy practice, I also Love All kinds of music and concerts, musicals, plays, movies, tv, fun with friends, hiking, and taking Pictures of cool clouds and sunsets. I am a Picture nerd!! I still love astronomy and the sky still impresses and Amazes me, as does the Creator of this incredible world. I love and Appreciate Jesus and Heavenly Father!! I love learning about so much of many different things. There's Always More to Learn!!!

I love to try many different kinds of food!! Then, I love to learn how to Make those foods. I learned to cook and bake from my Awesome Mom and from both of my Grandmothers, old style and from scratch. I love Food Trucks and it's fun to hear their stories of how they started and where they got their recipes, where their families are from, etc.

I am also a member of the Utah Chocolate Society and I Definitely Love it!! We learn about different chocolate makers locally and from All around the world and we Enjoy tasting Many different kinds of chocolate. Life is definitely Better for me and for many others Thanks to dark chocolate and many great kinds of Chocolate!!!

I love to dance... country, 2 step, swing, ballroom, Latin, free style, etc. I clogged on a team in Montana . I competed in ballroom at Ricks and BYU and then years later, I competed nationally and internationally in Line Dancing and made many friends all around the world. I used to teach Line Dancing lessons at the Bay and Murray Arts Center and for groups or events. We had a Lot of fun dancing to All kinds of music, not just country music.

I love my Salt Lake Comic Con/FanX and I love seeing, hearing from and meeting different people, celebrities, actors, and authors!!! I am a Huge book nerd and I went Years ago for the first time Just to meet one of my favorite authors, Jim Butcher...... and I got Hooked on FanX!!! Years later, Jim Butcher Still remembered meeting ME....and he remembered my shirt that I had made just to meet him..... It was my Favorite scene from All of his books..... And, it also happened to be Jim's Favorite scene that he'd ever written from All of his books!!! It was Awesome!!!

I Love my Family, cousins and my terrific, fun, and Funny nieces and nephews!! We love camping, laughing, playing cards and board games, dancing, listening to music and looking at the amazing Stars!! (They really are bigger in Montana!!) I am a favorite Aunt to 2 lovely nieces and to 3 handsome nephews!!!
